Thanks to Doug Pardee, a veteran Nook owner, for writing the review. It is very thorough and very accurate and draws fair comparisons between the Nook and the Kindle.
Looking back at my original Nook Review done in February of 2010, a lot of changes have been made to the Nook’s firmware since then. My review was with firmware version 1.2, whereas this updated Nook review is for the latest firmware released back at the end of November, version 1.5.
I’m planning to take the leap to buying an ebook reader soon & found this extremely helpful as I try to decide which one will serve me best. Thank you!
