I read about the upcoming Samsung 10.1 tablet. How good will this tablet be for ebooks? Is there anything that Nook Color can do that Samsung 10.1 tablet will not as an eReader?
Nathan says
The Samsung will make a good ereader because of the high-quality screen and the fact that Android tablets like it have the entire gambit of ebook reading apps available: Kindle, Sony, Kobo, Nook, OverDrive for library ebooks, periodical apps like PressReader, and a bunch of really good apps with tons of customization options and format support. The only thing I can think of that it won’t have that the Nook Color does are the Nook Kid’s books. Those only work with the NC and with an iPad app.

Nathan,
Will you be getting your hands on this one for a review?

Nathan says
No, I decided not to review the PocketBook 902 because it is pretty much exactly the same as the PocketBook 602, just bigger. I will likely review the PocketBook 903 whenever it gets to the US.

Nathan,
Please check the titles above. I accidentially “purchased” Your Brain and Business: The Neuroscience of Great Leaders for around $20.00. The other books appear to be free. Can you refer me to the source of this info with Amazon.com so I can speak with their customer service?
Thanks.

You have to be careful with the one-click buying and free ebooks because most of the time they are only free for a few days, as was the case with that one. You can contact Amazon’s customer service to try to return the ebook. They will usually let you return them if there are errors with the ebook so I image they may return an accidental purchase as well. But you have to do it ASAP. They have a time limit with that sort of thing.
