ComiXology Giving Away 20 Free Comics in 20 Days

Comixology is the leading source for digital comic books, and they’ve just launched a summer reading list promotion where they are giving away a free comic book each day from now until June 14th.

Comixology has reading apps for Android and iOS, as well as Kindle Fire tablets and Windows 8. Their comics can be read using web browsers too.

To get the free comic all you have to do is add it to your cart and then login to your Comixology account and go through the checkout process to get the free title. Comixology also notes that the free comics can be gifted to family and friends.

Today’s free comic is from the Batman Detective Comics series, issue #871. It normally sells for $1.99, but can be had for free today only.

I’m not sure what time zone they are using, though. Today’s free comic is listed as Monday, May 26th. Seeing as how it’s Tuesday the 27th, I’m not seeing their logic here. Maybe they should be giving away a Twilight Zone comic.
