Every week I post a roundup of 10 free Kindle ebooks to start off the week.
I used to post lists for free Kobo and Nook ebooks too but not enough people cared so I stopped doing them. Plus Kobo and B&N don’t keep a list that’s updated hourly with the most popular free ebooks like Amazon to make it easy.
At least Kobo brought back their free ebook section after a long disappearance.
They dropped the curated selection of titles from Freebooksy awhile ago but they still have some freebies listed.
Below is a roundup of free ebooks from Kobo. You can find more via the free ebook section on Kobo’s website.
Note that the ebooks below are free as of July 31st, 2016. Some of these titles are free for a limited-time only and could expire in a few days or hours.
You don’t have to own a Kobo ereader to take advantage of these freebies. Kobo has apps for iPhone/iPad, Android, Blackberry, and Windows phones. They also have desktop application for PC and Mac.
Most of Kobo’s ebooks are available to download in Adobe ePub format as well, and will work with any device or app that supports Adobe DRM.
Subscribe to The eBook Reader Blog to keep updated on future free ebooks posts, along with ebook reader news, reviews and how to guides.
