Review: Pandigital Planet Android Tablet and eReader

Pandigital Planet Review »

  • Low price
  • Solid feature-set and open Android OS
  • Multi-touch resistive screen is a step up from traditional resistive screens

  • Cheap plastic body
  • Typical battery life is 4-6 hours, and battery drains excessively in standby
  • Sometimes high-pitched noises can be heard emanating from it

For the price it is a decent budget Android tablet and ereader, but for a little more you can get something with better hardware.

Editor’s Note: I’m going to start using these quick review boxes for a summary of the review. My reviews are generally very long-winded so I’ve been wanting to add summaries for a long time and now we have them!

  1. I loved the quick review boxes , keep using it!

    • Thanks! I’m thinking about going back and adding them to some of the other recent reviews too. The only thing I don’t like is they take up a lot of room, but oh well.
