Kindle Essentials Bundles on Sale, Up to $60 off (Ended)

October 17, 2019 by Nathan Groezinger

Kindle Essentials Bundles

Amazon has their Kindle Essentials Bundles on sale and they’re actually a good deal for a change, and an Amazon Prime membership is not required this time. The Essentials bundles come with a cover in a variety of color choices and a USB power adapter.

The Kindle Paperwhite bundle is marked down to $129 and it includes the nicer leather cover.

The entry-level Kindle bundle is on sale for $99, so you’re basically getting a cover and a power adapter for $10.

With the Kindle Paperwhite they’re basically giving away leather covers and power adapters for free because the bundle price is the same as the regular price of the 8GB Kindle Paperwhite.

Amazon has a deal on the 2nd generation Kindle Oasis bundle as well. It’s marked down to $214. Considering the Kindle Oasis 2 has been $50 off since the new one was released, that’s basically like getting the leather cover and power adapter for $15.

I don’t usually even mention Kindle bundle deals when sales come around because they’re typically not as good of a deal as they make it seem since Amazon inflates the savings by charging a ridiculous $20 for a power adapter—that’s what the savings generally amount to at the regular price, and most people already have suitable USB power adapters laying around.

But these current deals are actually pretty good if you planned on getting an Amazon cover anyway, especially considering the leather Kindle Paperwhite covers normally sell for $40.
