If you’re looking for something to read while being stuck at home, authors and publishers have you covered.
There’s currently this list of 420 free Kindles ebooks available at Amazon for a limited time.
There are a bunch of ebooks for kids, and a lot of ebooks that are the first in a series for adults, along with some popular classics.
The fine print indicates that the free ebooks are only available to customers located in the United States, but there are a bunch of freebies available on Amazon UK as well.
As noted earlier in the week, Kobo has a similar selection of ebooks available for free, along with a few audiobooks, if you’d prefer getting them from there instead.
Here are some other Kindle-related deals:

Not to look a gift horse in the mouth, but there are only 12 “popular” books for adults, and 20 public-domain classics. All the rest are children’s books. But, if i had young kids at home in all this right now, I’m sure it would be helpful.

If you scroll down to the bottom of the page there’s a lot more. It only shows 1-16 of 420 results on the first page.

And by ‘only if you like it’ – I mean, don’t feel obligated. Not trying to censor unfavorable reviews…
