All Kobo eReaders Now On Sale Until December 26

December 12, 2025 by Nathan Groezinger Leave a Comment

Kobo December Sale

Kobo has kicked off a holiday sale on their ereaders, and unlike their Black Friday and Cyber Monday sales, all Kobo models are included this time (well, except the Kobo Sage since it was discontinued months ago, but Kobo still lists it on their website even though it can’t be purchased).

The Kobo Libra Colour is $30 off again, and both Clara models are $20 off. This is the first time the white Kobo Clara Colour has been on sale since it was released. Here’s the full list of deals:

Kobo Libra Colour – $199.99 ($30 off)
Kobo Clara Colour (White) – $139.99 ($20 off)
Kobo Clara Colour (Black) – $139.99 ($20 off)
Kobo Clara BW – $119.99 ($20 off)
Kobo Elipsa 2E – $349.99 ($50 off)

Those are Amazon links. If any are listed as out of stock, try this Kobo ereaders page for BlueProton’s other listings. They are Kobo’s reseller in the US, and they have an annoying habit of creating multiple pages for the same products (for instance, there are three separate listings for the Libra Colour, and several more for bundles).

This is kind of weird timing for a sale. Even Kobo’s own website recommends ordering by December 12th at 9AM EST for delivery by December 24th, and that time has already come and gone. Luckily shipping is faster when buying from Amazon. But why didn’t they just put the Clara models on sale for Black Friday?

In related news, Kobo is now scalping their own remote page turner. The price is supposed to be $29.99—that’s what it costs on Kobo’s website— but they’re currently selling both the white and black version for $59.99 on Amazon. They’re not being sold by some shady third-party seller either; they’re being sold by Kobo US.
