Kobo has another one of their ebook readers on sale. Last week it was the 6-inch Kobo Clara HD that was on sale; this week it’s the 7-inch Kobo Libra H2O that’s being discounted.
The deal is available at Walmart and Kobo.com, with both the black and white versions of the Libra H2O being on sale for $149 with free shipping, except the matching covers have different prices. Some colors are cheaper at Walmart and some are cheaper at Kobo.
According to Kobo’s website the sale is valid through December 24th, 2020.
The Kobo Libra is a waterproof model with a 7-inch E Ink screen that has 300ppi and a frontlight with adjustable color temperature.
Like the Clara HD, it has 8GB of storage and has OverDrive support built-in to download public library ebooks for free.
It supports ePub format, along with CBR and CBZ for comics, and other common text-based formats—plus PDF and Kobo’s format, of course.
The Libra H2O was released in October 2019 so it’s one of the more recent Kobo models.
