Woot has another epic Kindle deal that’s hard to ignore. Update: Sorry, folks, they sold out fast, but Woot has been doing a lot of Kindle deals lately so keep an eye on this page at Woot for future Kindle deals.
Today only, or until sold out, the 2nd generation Kindle Oasis is available for as low as $99 from Woot, with free shipping for Amazon Prime members (otherwise it’s $6).
Like most Woot Kindle deals they are listed as refurbished. The 8GB versions are all marked down to $99. That’s the lowest price they’ve ever sold them for, beating the previous low price by $30.
The 32GB version is $119 for the Wi-Fi only model. The upgraded version with cellular connectivity is $139. Considering it used to sell for $349 new, that’s a massive discount.
There’s only one real difference worth noting between the Kindle Oasis 2 and the current model, and that’s the frontlight. They added a warm frontlight to the newer Kindle Oasis so you can control the frontlight color, whereas the Oasis 2 just has a regular frontlight. Otherwise they are the exact same device, and they are functionally identical.

Kindle Oasis Woot Deal – 3/30/21 only
That’s a great deal. I bought an Oasis 3 (I think) from Woot. I lucked out because the lighting is PERFECT on it. I’m pretty sure it was brand new because it came in a product box, not a brown box. My Voyage and PW 4 are sadly neglected now, although I do check the battery levels.
