This week there are dozens of TextVook’s available for free in the Kindle store, Nook store, and in iBooks. Most are regular TextVooks, but there are also a handful of animated TextVooks. These usually cost $1.99 each for the regular, and $6.99 for the animated versions. They have been free all week and could expire at anytime so hurry up and get them while they are still free.

The regular TextVooks from Amazon will work with any Kindle and Kindle software, but the animated ones require the Kindle apps for iPad/iPhone for the additional audio/video content. Over at B&N they only list the Nook Color as supporting the animated versions, none of the apps.
