Sony has finally launched the Reader Store UK to give ebook readers across the pond another choice when purchasing ebooks. Up until now, Sony only sold ebooks to the US, Canada, and Japan. Sony Reader customers in the UK had to get ebook through other sources like Waterstones, WHSmith, and Feedbooks.

The long wait is over. Today marks the official release of Harry Potter ebooks and audiobooks! The surprise announcement came early this morning and now all seven ebooks and audiobooks in the fantastically popular Harry Potter series are available for purchase from the Pottermore website.
