List of Differences Between Kindle Models in 2024

January 17, 2024 by Nathan 1 Comment

Kindles in 2024

Here’s a quick summary of the different Kindle ereaders that are currently available to start 2024, with a list of distinguishing features for each model.

The Kindle Oasis is included on the list since Amazon is still selling it, but it’s pretty obvious they’re starting to phase it out at this point—the 32GB model has been unavailable in the US for some time now.

Amazon didn’t release any new Kindles in 2023 so nothing has changed in the past year, but hopefully some new models will come out later in 2024.

When it comes to software features, Kindles are all pretty much the same, expect with the notetaking features on the Kindle Scribe. The Scribe and Paperwhite also have a page transition setting that isn’t available on the other models.

Here’s a Kindle size comparison video that I posted a few months ago if you want to see all these Kindles next to each other.

If the PW is “great” battery life the Scribe should be labeled “amazing” battery life.
